Natural Remedies:

Sage is known to be very effective to control sweating. Below is a preparation which you can make in 5 minutes and use it to to help you out. Using sage is not a new thing, in the past people used to use it to avoid bad odors and even look more beautiful. With all the deodorants in the market the old methods have taken a fall but none the less are known to be very effective.
The great thing is sage can be easily found in your house hold if not you can go and get some here
- Boil around half a liter of water.
- Clean the sage in running water and make sure its not gone bad.
- Put it in the water and stir it gently for 5 minutes.
- Strain the mixture and use it over the affected parts of your Body.

- Cheap
- Easily Available
Cons:
- Need a few tries to see how effective it is over a period of a week or so.
Cold Water
Yes as simple as cold water can help you control that excessive sweating. Usually at work when someone is getting hot its often suggested to drink a glass of water to calm them down. This is very effective method. Make sure its cold and there is access to a water cooler. Your excessive sweating could be triggered by a more serious condition rather than just stress or being overweight if so this method might not help.
Breathing Exercises
Excessive sweating can be caused due to stress and anxiety and if you practice some breathing exercises then you can learn to calm down and stop the sweating. Its a good practice to learn this and thats why yoga and deep breathing are so popular as they help reduce stress. If you get stressed out often then do have a look at a book called “One Man’s Quest to Hurry Up and Calm Down” for more tips.
Exercise:
- Sit or stand in a relaxed position.
- Slowly inhale the air through your nose, counting to six in your head.
- Let the air out from your mouth, counting to seven in your head as it leaves your lungs. Repeat several times. That’s it!
This should calm you down and you should affect your excessive sweating.
